本文对克山病重病区克什克腾旗白土井村克山病病户、病区对照户及非病区对照户进行了膳食分析。表明膳食组成与疾病严重流行时期发生明显变化。当时病区主食援麦、玉米占90%,现主食小麦占80%,副食摄入量增加,以动物性食品增加最为显著。目前克山病病情明显下降,元急型、亚急型病例发生,仅有少量潜、慢型病例发生。克山病病户的动物性食品、豆类和蔬菜类以及营养素和总热量也显著低于对照组,证实了膳食营养因素与克山病发病关系。
