本文通过介绍桂林市乡村旅游的现状,突出乡村旅游在桂林市旅游市场的重要作用,同时指出桂林乡村旅游中烹饪服务方面存在的突出问题,如烹饪水准参差不齐,菜色单一缺乏地方特色;综合旅游产品单一;餐饮服务不标准、不卫生;从业人员素质不高等。针对这些问题提出“在乡村旅游点开展烹饪培训项目”这一对策,从各角度说明它的应用价值与前景。
This article introduces the current situation of rural tourism in Guilin, highlights the important role of rural tourism in the tourism market in Guilin, and points out the prominent problems in the cooking services of rural tourism in Guilin, such as the uneven cooking standards and the lack of local features in the single dishes; Single tourism product; catering service is not standard, unhygienic; employees are not high quality. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward the countermeasure of carrying out the cooking and training project at rural tourist spots, and illustrates its application value and prospect from all angles.
