细胞色素丙是一种细胞呼吸激活剂,适用于机体组织缺氧情况的治疗。目前国内生产且临床应用较普遍。尚未见到国内有关本药过敏的报告。兹将我们所见2例报道于下,并略加讨论。1.王××,男,57岁,已婚、干部。1974年2月28日,因头晕、耳鸣、心悸、咳嗽、气短和低热在某院就诊。诊断为:“冠状动脉硬化”、“老年性气管炎”。除对症处理外,建议使用细胞色素丙,每次15毫克,一日两次,加入25%葡萄糖液20毫升中,静脉注射,连续使用3—4周。为慎重起见,3月6日注射前作皮肤过敏试验:以1毫升含3毫克细胞色素 Cytochrome C is a cellular respiratory activator, suitable for the treatment of hypoxia in the body tissues.
