本文以晒红烟为材料,对采收的成熟烟叶按三种不同的方法进行调制,同时,对不同调制时期的烟叶样品进行外观特征的调查和主要化学成分的测定。结果表明,从上挂开始到烟叶完全变红初期,烟叶外观特征变化最明显;在不同调制时期烟叶蛋白质与还原糖、总糖的含量呈负相关;热风循环干燥法和远红外线干燥法均可缩短调制时间,减少用工量,且烟叶化学成分保持相对稳定。
In this paper, sun-cured tobacco was used as material to prepare three kinds of mature tobacco harvested by different methods. At the same time, the appearance characteristics of tobacco leaves were measured and the main chemical components were determined. The results showed that the changes of appearance characteristics of tobacco leaf were the most obvious from the beginning of hanging to the beginning of full reddening of tobacco leaf. The contents of protein and reducing sugar and total sugar in tobacco leaf were negatively correlated at different modulation periods. Both hot air circulation drying method and far infrared drying method Shorten the modulation time, reduce the labor, and tobacco chemical composition remained relatively stable.
