为筛选出适合于当地种植的砷(As)低累积水稻品种,并研究水稻不同器官间As的富集迁移。在As严重污染农田上进行田间小区试验,研究了13个不同水稻品种对As的富集作用及其不同部位对As的累积迁移能力。结果表明:①所有水稻品种精米中As含量均低于国家绿色大米卫生标准中As含量(0.4 mg/kg)和无公害大米标准中As含量(0.5 mg/kg),其中南粳41精米中As含量较高(0.38 mg/kg),武粳15精米中As含量最低(0.10 mg/kg)。②不同水稻品种间产量差异较大,扬稻6号产量最高,宁粳3号产量最低;③13个水稻品种不同部位As含量均为:根>茎叶>谷壳>精米,As主要在根部累积;④在本试验条件下(土壤中As含量为72.2 mg/kg),综合考虑产量及对As的吸收累积和迁移能力,供试的13个水稻品种中武粳15、武育粳3号、南粳44以及武香粳14为相对As低累积水稻品种。
In order to screen arsenic (As) low accumulation rice varieties suitable for local planting, and to study the enrichment and migration of As in different organs of rice. Field experiments were carried out on seriously polluted farmland of As, and the enrichment of As from 13 different rice cultivars and the cumulative migration of As from different parts were studied. The results showed that: (1) As content of polished rice in all rice varieties was lower than As content (0.4 mg / kg) in national green rice standard and As content (0.5 mg / kg) in rice standard without pollution, (0.38 mg / kg), the lowest As content in Wujing 15 polished rice (0.10 mg / kg). ② The yield of different rice varieties was quite different. The yield of Yangdao 6 was the highest and the yield of Ningjing 3 was the lowest. ③ The As contents of roots, stems and leaves, ; ④ Under the conditions of this experiment (As content in soil was 72.2 mg / kg), taking into account the yield and the absorption, accumulation and migration capacity of As, the 13 rice cultivars, Wujing 15, Wuyujing 3, Nanjing 44 and Wuxiang 14 were relative As low accumulative rice varieties.
