为了定量分析高速冲床的环境适应性,选择其润滑系统为研究对象。将润滑系统分为12个子单元,分别对应一种故障模式。首先对系统进行故障模式分析,然后采用风险优先数(RPN)方法,依据评分准则对概率等级打分,得出润滑系统的故障模式危害度分析结果。引入实际环境影响因数e,在FMECA分析的基础上,得出系统各单元的环境危害度E,以此表征其环境适应性。结果表明:过滤器和分油器单元的环境适应性最差,应当重点改进。
In order to quantitatively analyze the environmental adaptability of high-speed punch press, the lubrication system is selected as the research object. The lubrication system is divided into 12 subunits, corresponding to a failure mode. Firstly, the failure mode of the system is analyzed, and then the risk priority number (RPN) method is used to score the probability level according to the rating criteria to get the result of the failure mode analysis of the lubrication system. Based on the analysis of FMECA, the environmental impact factor E of the system was obtained by introducing the actual environmental impact factor e, which can be used to characterize the environmental adaptability. The results show that the filter and oil separator units have the worst environmental adaptability and should be improved.
