贫血动物模型是研究贫血的发病机理、生化紊乱和探索治疗方案的良好工具。现已知制作贫血动物模型的药物有多种,如乙酰胆碱、胆碱、洋葱、苯、苯胼及其衍生物等,但各种药物引起贫血的机理及贫血类型不尽相同。苯可诱发动物再生障碍性贫血和白血病,而苯肼则可引起严重的溶血性贫血。临床上曾一度用苯肼治疗真性红细胞增多症,但以后发现苯肼可导致不同程度的溶血,造成组织、器官的损害,所以临床上已不再使用这种药物,而主要用其制作贫血动物模型。苯肼
The anemia animal model is a good tool to study the pathogenesis of anemia, biochemical disorders and to explore therapeutic options.
