目的 探讨非蛋白结合镉、总镉与肾脂质过氧化的关系。方法 利用染镉动物和凝胶渗透层析技术 ,观察非蛋白结合镉、总镉在肾脂质过氧化时的作用。结果 总镉、非蛋白结合镉与肾GSH之间呈明显的正相关 ,而与肾SOD之间呈明显的负相关。此外总镉还与肾GSH -Px有明显的负相关关系。结论 总镉、非蛋白结合镉均能引起肾脂质过氧化 ,但总镉比非蛋白结合镉可能具有更重要的意义。有关肾GSH升高的机制有待进一步研究
Objective To investigate the relationship between non-protein bound cadmium, total cadmium and renal lipid peroxidation. Methods Cadmium-exposed animals and gel permeation chromatography were used to observe the effects of non-protein bound cadmium and total cadmium on renal lipid peroxidation. Results Total cadmium, non-protein bound cadmium and renal GSH showed a significant positive correlation between, and renal SOD showed a significant negative correlation. In addition, total cadmium also had a significant negative correlation with renal GSH-Px. Conclusion Both total cadmium and non-protein bound cadmium can cause renal lipid peroxidation, but total cadmium may be more important than non-protein bound cadmium. The mechanism of renal GSH to be further studied
