以基于极坐标模式的熔焊快速成型设备为实验平台,将焊接电流、焊接速度和送丝速度这三个影响焊缝尺寸的因素作为实验研究对象,设计并进行多组实验,通过具体的实验数据总结出各因素对焊缝尺寸的影响。通过BP神经网络的建模,实现对焊缝的焊前预测,总结出该平台下的工艺参数与焊缝尺寸的关系,并强调了它对焊缝轨迹和实验设计的深远意义。
Taking the welding and rapid prototyping equipment based on the polar coordinate mode as the experimental platform, three factors influencing the size of the weld, such as welding current, welding speed and wire feeding speed, were taken as the experimental research object. Many experiments were designed and carried out. Through specific experiments The data summarizes the impact of various factors on the weld size. Through the modeling of BP neural network, the prediction of weld before welding is concluded, the relationship between process parameters and weld size is concluded, and its significance to weld trajectory and experimental design is emphasized.
