为提高电加热采油工艺应用效果 ,研究了常规抽油井及各类电加热井的井筒温度分布曲线 .通过对各类井筒温度分布曲线的综合分析得出 :在电加热工艺选井方面 ,对高凝、高含蜡油井 ,应选择液量在 4 0 m3/ d以下且含水较低的井 ;而对于稠油井应选择供液能力较好且含水较低的井 .在选择加热方式、加热功率及加热深度时 ,应根据油井工况综合分析 ,结合各类电加热方式的不同特点 ,依据井筒温度分布曲线 ,合理设计各类电加热井的工作参数 .应用技术的研究与应用 ,较好解决了稠油及高凝高含蜡油的开采问题 .
