本文从矿物组成和磨矿动力学方面对东湘桥锰矿采用选择性磨矿的可行性进行了理论的分析。讨论了磨矿强度的选取,给料粒度上限的合理确定,及选择性磨矿后分选流程的特点等问题。试验表明:当给矿粒度为12—0毫米时,磨矿产物中+0.4毫米各粒级不经选别,-0.4+0毫米粒级采用磁选后,所得总精矿产率为68.81%,品位为29.03%Mn,回收率达80.18%。
In this paper, the feasibility of using selective grinding of Dongxiangqiao manganese ore from the aspects of mineral composition and grinding kinetics is analyzed theoretically. The selection of grinding intensity, the reasonable determination of the upper limit of feed particle size and the characteristics of the sorting process after selective grinding are discussed. The results show that when the ore particle size is 12-0 mm, the size of +0.4 mm in the grinding product is not selected, and the total ore concentrate yield of -0.4 + 0 mm is 68.81% Grade of 29.03% Mn, recovery rate of 80.18%.
