目的观察消毒剂浓度试纸的准确性和稳定性,研究对酸性氧化电位水中有效氯含量的测定。方法采用消毒剂浓度试纸法与化学法,对不同有效氯浓度的消毒剂进行方法一致性比对;同时对消毒剂浓度试纸的稳定性进行评价。比对试纸法与化学法测试酸性氧化电位水中有效氯含量。结果消毒剂浓度试纸与化学法测定消毒剂有效氯含量,不同类型消毒剂、相同有效氯浓度的测试结果符合率均>90%。消毒剂浓度试纸经室温自然存放3年后测试结果表明产品稳定。消毒剂浓度试纸显色与50 mg/L标准色块对酸性氧化电位水中的有效氯含量相符合,符合率达到100.00%。结论消毒剂浓度试纸对不同的含氯消毒剂比对测试结果一致性较好,3年室温自然存放稳定性可靠,可用于对酸性氧化电位水中的有效氯含量的日常监测。
Objective To observe the accuracy and stability of disinfectant concentration test strips and to study the determination of available chlorine in acidic oxidizing potential water. Methods Disinfectant concentration test paper method and chemical method were used to compare the consistency of disinfectants with different effective chlorine concentrations. Meanwhile, the stability of disinfectant concentration test paper was evaluated. Compare the test strip method and chemical method to test the available chlorine content in acid oxidation potential water. Results The disinfectant concentration test strip and the chemical method were used to determine the effective chlorine content of the disinfectant. The coincidence rates of different types of disinfectants and the same effective chlorine concentration were> 90%. The concentration of disinfectant test paper after three years of natural storage at room temperature test results show that the product is stable. The color of disinfectant test paper coincides with the effective chlorine content of 50 mg / L standard color block in acidic oxidizing potential water, with the coincidence rate of 100.00%. Conclusion The disinfectant concentration test strips have better consistency than different chlorine disinfectant test results. The three-year natural storage stability at room temperature is reliable and can be used to routinely monitor the effective chlorine content in acid oxidation potential water.
