在现代社会的发展过程中,化工产品已经渗透到千家万户中,我们每一个人都享受到由于化工产业而带来的便利。正是由于化工产业与人们生活的密切相关性,化工生产的安全性就令人们非常关心了,这不仅关系到化工企业设备的安全性,更大的程度上,这更与人们的人身安全息息相关。目前,各种各样的化工机器应用于工业生产的队伍中,也正是由于机器的种类繁多,造成的化工机械伤害也随之上升。化工伤害,对人体的伤害可以是全身各个部位,有内伤、外伤和内外伤兼有的。而且化工机械往往带有多种化学物质,这些化学物质有些具有毒性,造成人体中毒,有些还能危及生命。正因为化工机械事故的严重性,防止事故的发生已经成为全世界共同关心的问题。基于现代安全理念的不断提高,化工机械的安全性也在不断的提高着,从安全性角度出发,使化工机械操作者工作规范化,减少不安全操作行为,尽量杜绝因为操作者而出现的化工机械事故,这样才能有效的预防和避免机械事故的发生,达到安全可靠的生产。下面是我对于一些现象和丰富的化工生产经验,对化工机械事故的分析和做出的应对策略。
