介绍了核电站严重事故后果概率安全评价的分析方法及法国为防止核电站安全壳失效而提出的运行规程,即U5规程。当核电站发生堆芯熔化,由于安全壳喷淋失效而造成安全壳内压力上升,U5规程将使安全壳内气体通过沙堆过滤器向环境释放,从而使安全壳泄压。以正建的核电站为蓝本进行实例计算,分析了U5规程对核电站严重事故后果的影响,最后给出了一些有价值的结论。
The analysis method of probability safety evaluation of serious accident consequence of nuclear power plant and the operating procedure proposed by France to prevent the containment failure of nuclear power plant are introduced, that is, U5 regulation. When a core melts at a nuclear power station, the pressure in the containment rises due to containment spillage failure. The U5 code will release the containment gas through the sand pack filter to the environment, thereby releasing the containment. Taking the nuclear power plant under construction as an example, this paper calculates the influence of the U5 code on the consequences of serious accidents in nuclear power plants. Finally, some valuable conclusions are given.
