讨论了用毛细管气相色谱法测定月见草种子油中的γ-亚麻酸含量，种子油中脂肪酸用0．5mol／L氢氧化钾-甲醇液皂化，三氟化硼-甲醇液酯化成脂肪酸甲酯。采用Rtx-5毛细管柱，十七烷酸（C17：0）甲酯作为内标物，对γ-亚麻酸进行了定量分析。结果表明，月见草种子油中γ-亚麻酸的含量占11．23％。
The determination of gamma-linolenic acid in evening primrose seed oil by capillary gas chromatography was discussed. The fatty acids in seed oil were saponified with 0.5 mol/L potassium hydroxide-methanol solution and esterified with boron trifluoride-methanol solution to produce fatty acids. ester. The γ-linolenic acid was quantitatively analyzed using Rtx-5 capillary column and (17:17) methyl heptadecanoate as the internal standard. The results showed that the content of gamma-linolenic acid in evening primrose seed oil accounted for 11.23%.
