结合笔者的教学实践,文章以无水乙醇在PE薄膜中的扩散为例,设计了一个应用衰减全反射傅立叶红外光谱法测定溶剂在高分子膜中扩散系数的教学实验,并结合差谱技术、origin非线性拟合等给出了红外光谱图的数据处理方法。该实验加深了学生对红外光谱在高分子材料研究中应用的认识,使学生进一步熟悉了红外光谱图的分析和处理方法。
Taking the author’s teaching practice as an example, this paper, taking the diffusion of ethanol in PE film as an example, designed a teaching experiment of determining the diffusion coefficient of solvent in polymer film by attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. origin nonlinear fitting gives the infrared spectrum data processing methods. The experiment deepened students’ understanding of the application of infrared spectroscopy in polymer materials research, and further familiarized the students with the analysis and processing methods of infrared spectroscopy.
