教研室是现在我国高等职业院校最基层的教学及管理组织,学校教育教学治理结构的基础。但随着我国高等职业教育改革发展的深入,传统的高职院校教研室的结构与功能,已越来越不适应高等职业教育进行技术技能人才培养目标的要求。本文从对现实与历史的思考出发,并根据现代组织理论、系统理论和实际工作,提出重构我国高等职业院校微观教学组织的问题,建设高职院校教研室、实训室、工作室“三位一体,良性循环”的微观教学组织,并对重构组织进行了初步的设计、分析,以期为建立我国科学的高等职业院校教育教学治理结构,保障高等职业教育技术技能人才培养目标的真正落实,进行一点有益的探索。
The teaching and research room is now the most basic teaching and management organization of higher vocational colleges in our country, and the foundation of the school education and teaching governance structure. However, with the deepening of the reform and development of higher vocational education in our country, the structure and function of the traditional teaching and research institutes in higher vocational colleges have become more and more unsuited to the requirements of higher vocational education for the training of technical and skill talents.
