目的讨论由EDTA-K2抗凝剂导致血小板假性减少的结果处理及分析。方法对用EDTA-K2作为血常规检验抗凝剂时血小板计数结果假性减少的的病例分别采用人工血涂片染色,显微镜下观察发现血小板有聚集现象少则几个,多则几百个聚集,改用枸橼酸钠和肝素钠抗凝,重新抽血复查,血小板均在正常范围。结果后两种方法复检时血小板计数结果均在正常范围,与初次EDTA-K2抗凝血的血小板计数结果明显不符。结论 EDTA-K2抗凝剂有时会导致血小板聚集,出现血小板假性降低,此时要用不同的抗凝血进行复检,给临床提供可靠地结果。
Objective To discuss the results of the treatment and analysis of the pseudo-reduction of platelets caused by EDTA-K2 anticoagulants. CONCLUSION EDTA-K2 anticoagulants sometimes cause platelet aggregation and platelet hypochromism. In this case, different anticoagulants should be used for retesting to provide reliable clinical results.
