为拓展塔机的多功能性,达到一机多用,本文提出一种塔机“动平互换”技术。分析了基于该技术塔机主要技术参数对整机性能的影响,并重点分析了对起升性能的影响。通过一系列数据的对比论证,得出了平头塔机在起升性能方面占据较大优势,为工程实际提供了有利数据支持。并通过“动平互换”实例说明其经济与社会效益显著,极大程度实现产品的循环利用。
In order to expand the versatility of the tower crane and reach a multi-purpose, this paper presents a tower crane “dynamic level swap ” technology. The main technical parameters of the tower crane based on this technology are analyzed, and the influence on the lifting performance is analyzed emphatically. Through the comparison and demonstration of a series of data, it is concluded that the flat tower crane occupies a big advantage in lifting performance and provides favorable data support for engineering practice. And through the “dynamic exchange” example shows that significant economic and social benefits, to a great extent to achieve the recycling of products.
