EBZ132型掘进机在使用过程中存在能量损失多、系统发热大、液压系统效率低,系统稳定性较差等问题。针对该型号掘进机,对其液压系统进行了部分改进,根据工作时负载变化较大的情况,使用了负载敏感变量泵和负载敏感比例多路阀。实际测试表明:改进后的系统稳定可靠,发热及能量损失小于改造前,能保证掘进机长时期的无故障工作。
EBZ132 boring machine in the course of the existence of energy loss, the system heat, hydraulic system, low efficiency, poor system stability and other issues. For this type of roadheader, the hydraulic system has been partially improved. According to the situation when the load changes greatly during operation, the load-sensitive variable displacement pump and the load-sensing proportional multi-way valve are used. The actual tests show that the improved system is stable and reliable, the heating and energy loss is less than before the transformation, to ensure long-term trouble-free operation of roadheader.
