为了研究一氧化氮(NO)在糖尿病(DM)中的变化,我们观察了60例糖尿病患者的血、尿一氧化氮,并与健康对照组作一比较。 1 对象和方法 1.1 对象 ①健康对照组20例(男10例,女10例),平均年龄为(51.80±18.41)岁(22~74岁)。②糖尿病组60例(男24例,女36例)。均按1985年WHO诊断和分类标准确诊,其中Ⅱ型DM54例,Ⅰ型DM6例,平均年龄(57.78±13.69)岁(19~84岁)。检测NO时按糖尿病病程的长短和有无血管并发症可分为以下各组。病程分组:病程≤1年者25例(男12例,女13例);病
To investigate the changes in nitric oxide (NO) in diabetes mellitus (DM), we examined blood and urine nitric oxide levels in 60 diabetic patients and compared them to healthy controls. 1 Subjects and methods 1.1 The object ① healthy control group of 20 patients (10 males and 10 females), the average age was (51.80 ± 18.41) years (22 to 74 years old). ② Diabetes group 60 cases (24 males and 36 females). According to the WHO diagnosis and classification criteria in 1985, 54 cases were type Ⅱ DM and 6 cases were type Ⅰ DM. The mean age was 57.78 ± 13.69 years (range, 19-84 years). Detection of NO according to the duration of diabetes and vascular complications can be divided into the following groups.
