Objective To investigate the clinical effect of targeted monitoring of antimicrobial agents in patients with type I surgery. Methods A total of 250 patients with type I surgery from May 2014 to May 2015 were selected as study group. 250 cases of type Ⅰ surgical patients from April 2013 to April 2014 were selected as the control group. In the control group, conventional perioperative antibacterials were used. The research group conducted targeted monitoring interventions. The distribution of antimicrobial agents, the time of antibacterials application and the incidence of infections were compared. Results The study group was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.01); the study group preoperative medication time> 2 h, postoperative medication time> 3 d the incidence was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.01); study group The incidence of surgical wound infection was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Objective monitoring has a significant value in the management of antimicrobial agents in patients with type I surgery and is suitable for clinical promotion.
