目的:建立一种测定抗感利咽糖浆HPLC指纹图谱的方法。方法:采用HPLC方法测定抗感利咽糖浆的指纹图谱,色谱柱为Waters SunFire C_(18),乙腈为流动相A,0.2%磷酸溶液为流动相B,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长284 nm,柱温30℃。结果:标示出抗感利咽糖浆12个共有峰,并确证其中2个峰分别为虎杖苷和黄芩苷。结论:该法建立的抗感利咽糖浆H PLC指纹图谱信息量大,为该制剂的全面质量控制提供科学依据。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of anti-flu pharyngeal syrup HPLC fingerprinting method. Methods: The fingerprint of anti-sympathetic pharynx syrup was determined by HPLC method. Waters SunFire C_ (18) was used as the mobile phase. Acetonitrile was used as mobile phase A, and 0.2% phosphoric acid solution was used as mobile phase B. The gradient was eluted at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min ~ (-1), detection wavelength 284 nm, column temperature 30 ℃. RESULTS: Twelve common peaks of anti-sympathetic pharynx syrup were marked, and two of the peaks were confirmed to be polydatin and baicalin. Conclusion: The H PLC fingerprints of anti-sympathetic pharynx syrup established by this method have a large amount of information and provide a scientific basis for the overall quality control of the preparation.
