入选理由 2000年5月,李晓忠接任公司总裁职位后,提出了“专业化经营与快速应变”的经营主题词,建立了事业部体制。在主业向移动通讯领域转型的过程中,夏新历经两年努力,修炼手机研发、制造、销售的基本功,建立了富有竞争力的产业价值链。李晓忠提出了以弱搏强的“次核心技术”策略竞争论和“应用先锋,精致为本”的产品竞争观点。2003年,公司董事会宣布夏新电子已经成功转型。2004年,夏新电子初步完成了3C(通讯、消费类电子、IT)产业布局。
