The authors report the outcomes of pediatric patients in the MRC 10th AML clinical trial and provided a randomized comparison of the outcomes. Patients and Methods From May 1988 to March 1995, 359 children with AML included primary, mdsAML secondary to MDS or treatment-associated AML (sAML), and progressive MDS (RAEBt). 341 cases of prognosis analysis.
