为了提高毛黄堇种子的出苗率,采用不同的贮藏方式、贮藏时间、播种基质、土壤湿度对种子出苗率进行了试验研究,结果表明:毛黄堇种子的最佳贮藏方式为低温干藏,出苗率为37.33%;最佳贮藏时间为120天,出苗率为45.00%;最佳播种基质为菜园土+腐殖质,不仅出苗率高(35.33%),而且幼苗粗壮;种子萌发的适宜土壤湿度为10%~15%,为利用有性繁殖技术大规模栽培毛黄堇提供基础理论依据。
In order to improve the germination rate of Poncirus trifoliata seeds, the seed germination rate was studied with different storage methods, storage time, sowing matrix and soil moisture. The results showed that the best storage method for the seeds of Poncedis purpura was low temperature dry storage, The best germination rate was 37.33%. The best storage time was 120 days and the germination rate was 45.00%. The best sowing medium was vegetable garden soil + humus, which not only had high germination rate (35.33%) but also seedling; 10% ~ 15%, for the use of sexual reproduction technology to provide a theoretical basis for the cultivation of Mao Huang Jin.
