应用荧光染色技术,研究了向日葵锈菌夏孢子芽管在向日葵叶片上的结合现象及其核相状况。观察发现,夏孢子萌发后形成的芽管通常为双核,也有单核、三核及四核。夏孢子芽管可以在、2个、3个及多个芽管间结合并形成结合体。结合后的芽管拥有多个细胞核。在结合体内有双核、三核及四核。结合体可以继续产生菌丝。这一现象的发现,为进一步研究向日葵锈菌多核现象的生物学意义及其变异奠定了基础。
The fluorescence staining technique was used to study the binding phenomenon and the nuclear phase of sunflower rust spore germination tube on sunflower leaves.
