盐城发电有限公司前身为盐城发电厂,是一家国有大中型火力发电企业,现有职工1284人。近年来,由于受机组容量小、人员结构失衡、电煤成本高等因素影响,企业经济效益下滑,连续3年严重亏损。面对这种情况,公司工会在公司行政方的大力支持下,抓住开展工资集体协商这个重点,组织职工讨论协商,取得了企业与职工双赢,一次协商获得多项成果。
Yancheng Power Generation Co., Ltd. formerly known as Yancheng Power Plant, is a state-owned large and medium-sized thermal power generation enterprises, the existing staff of 1284 people. In recent years, due to the small unit capacity, staff structure imbalance, the high cost of coal and other factors, the economic efficiency of enterprises fell for three consecutive years a serious loss.
