目的:在实验中观察到盐酸氟西汀能增强钌联吡啶的电化学发光信号,基此建立了一种盐酸氟西汀的毛细管电泳-电化学发光新方法。方法:在实验中,对毛细管电泳分离条件和电化学发光检测条件进行了优化。结果:在优化的实验条件下,测得盐酸氟西汀线性范围为5.0×10~(-7)~1.0×10~(-4)g·mL~(-1),检出限为5.75×10~(-8)g·mL~(-1)(S/N=3)。对1.0×10—5 g·mL~(-1)的盐酸氟西汀进行11次平行测定,峰高的相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.0%。结论:该方法可用于测定盐酸氟西汀片剂的含量。
OBJECTIVE: Fluoxetine hydrochloride can enhance the electrochemiluminescence signal of ruthenium bipyridine in the experiment. Based on this, a new capillary electrophoresis-electrochemiluminescence method of fluoxetine hydrochloride was established. Methods: In the experiment, the separation conditions of capillary electrophoresis and the conditions of electrochemiluminescence detection were optimized. Results: Under the optimal experimental conditions, the linear range of fluoxetine hydrochloride was 5.0 × 10 -7 -1.0 × 10 -4 g · mL -1 with the detection limit of 5.75 × 10 ~ (-8) g · mL -1 (S / N = 3). Fluoxetine hydrochloride (1.0 × 10-5 g · mL -1) was measured 11 times in parallel, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) of peak height was 2.0%. Conclusion: This method can be used to determine the content of fluoxetine hydrochloride tablets.
