GeM10是一种抗癌生物碱-金属配位药物,动物实验发现GeM10对实验肿瘤S180肉瘤有抑制作用,能明显延长艾氏腹水癌荷瘤小鼠的存活时间,封闭荷瘤鼠体单核巨噬细胞系统,GeM10的抑癌作用解除。观察了GeM10对PHA诱发的肿瘤患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)产生白介素-2(IL-2)能力的影响。结果发现GeM10能提高肿瘤患者外周血单个核细胞产生白细胞介素-2的能力(对照组:1.792±0.823;GeM1060μg/ml2.965±1.183;P<0.05)。提示:GeM10的抗癌作用与其刺激机体免疫活性细胞、增加细胞因子的产生有关
GeM10 is an anticancer alkaloid-metal coordination drug. The results showed that GeM10 could increase the production of interleukin-2 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of tumor patients (control group: 1.792±0.823; GeM1060 μg/ml 2.965±1.183; P<0.05). Tip: The anti-cancer effect of GeM10 is related to its stimulation of the body’s immunocompetent cells and increased production of cytokines.
