对新疆引进和培育的12个水稻品种进行了15个项目的综合品质分析，根据梁乃亭等1995年提出的《优质水稻品种等级与评价方法》进行了分等定级，评定出秋田小町为准一级优质水稻品种，山手锦等5个品种为准二级优质水稻品种。
A total of 12 rice cultivars introduced and cultivated in Xinjiang were analyzed for the comprehensive quality of 15 projects. According to Liang Nai-ting et al., 1995, “Quality Rice Variety Grade and Evaluation Method” Grade high-quality rice varieties, hand Kam Kam and other five varieties of two high-quality rice varieties.
