采用实验研究法对1453名中学生进行为期5个月的体育与健康运动处方的干预教育。研究目的旨在探讨在体育教育中融入运动处方教育的形式和方法,及其对改善中学生身心理健康的作用机制和影响维度。结果表明,在课内外体育锻炼中,应用体育与健康运动处方,不但能够有效提高学生参加运动的系统性和科学性,而且具有较好地锻炼效果,有利于学生学习和掌握健康身心的自我锻炼技能。
A total of 1453 high school students were enrolled in this study. The experiment was carried out for a period of 5 months for sports and health exercise prescription intervention education. The purpose of this study is to explore the forms and methods of incorporating exercise prescription education in physical education and its mechanism and impact on improving the physical and mental health of middle school students. The results show that applying physical education and health exercise prescriptions in and out of class can not only effectively improve students’ systematic and scientific participation in sports, but also have a good training effect, which is good for students to learn and master their physical and mental self-workout skill.
