天然气作为一种新型绿色清洁能源,近年来在世界各国都得到广范推广应用,由此带动了液化天然气(LNG)加工及贮存产业的迅猛发展。在LNG项目中最关键的装置就是贮存液化天然气的LNG低温储罐,现在我国自主研发的低温钢板新型材料(06Ni9)也已应用到LNG低温贮罐的制作材料中。以这种材料的中薄板作为LNG低温储罐的内罐材料在国内还属首次,它的焊接也就是一个新的课题,我们在2010年3月承建,2012年5月建成投运的延长石油集团油气勘探公司的液化天然气厂(100×104m3/d),它的10000m3LNG低温储罐的内罐就是采用这种新型材料设计。我就以本项目的低温储罐的内罐壁板的焊接为例,来介绍一下该种材料的焊接工艺,以便对类似的工程有所参考。
As a new type of green and clean energy, natural gas has been extensively popularized and applied all over the world in recent years, which has led to the rapid development of LNG processing and storage industries. The most critical device in the LNG project is the storage of liquefied natural gas LNG cryogenic storage tank. Now our country independently developed cryogenic steel plate new material (06Ni9) has also been applied to LNG cryogenic storage tank production materials. It is the first time that the medium thin plate of this material is used as the inner tank material of LNG cryogenic storage tank in China. Its welding is also a new subject. We built it in March 2010 and extended the oil put into operation in May 2012 The liquefied natural gas plant (100 × 104m3 / d) of the Group’s oil and gas exploration company, the inner tank of its 10000m3LNG cryogenic storage tank is designed with this new type of material. I will take this project as a low temperature storage tank wall plate welding as an example, to introduce the kind of material welding process, in order to have a reference for similar projects.
