含有Ni,Cr,Mo,Cu,等元素的船用钢系合金碳化物二次析出强化的低合金高强度调质钢。以“小铁研式”焊接试样和焊接热模拟后高温时(600℃)应力释放的试验方法进行“消除应力”裂缝的研究。试验结果:焊后550℃~650℃“消除应力”处理时,在粗晶区产生沿晶界的裂缝,裂缝与温度和应力状态有关。探讨了碳化物析出分布及形态与“消除应力”裂缝产生的关系。论证了该钢材具有“消除应力”裂缝倾向,因此在生产中应给予重视。
Containing Ni, Cr, Mo, Cu, and other elements of marine steel alloy carbide secondary precipitation enhanced low alloy high strength quenched and tempered steel. A study of “stress relief” cracking was carried out using the test method of “small iron research” welding specimen and stress release test at high temperature (600 ℃) after thermal simulation of welding. Test results: When the “stress relieving” treatment at 550 ℃ ~ 650 ℃ after welding, cracks along the grain boundary are generated in the coarse grain region, and the cracks are related to the temperature and the stress state. The relationship between carbide precipitation distribution and morphology and “stress relief” cracks was discussed. It is demonstrated that the steel has the tendency of “stress relieving” cracking, so attention should be paid in the production.
