燃烧用渣油粘度及流变特性试验研究

利用旋转粘度计对辽河油田渣油在不同温度、不同降粘剂下的表观粘度及流变特性进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:渣油为塑性流体,提高渣油温度及加入降粘剂都能降低渣油表观粘度并使流变特性从非牛顿流体向牛顿流体过渡,从而为燃油喷嘴及油滴充分雾化燃烧提供基础研究数据 The viscosities and rheological properties of residual oil in Liaohe Oilfield at different temperatures and viscosities were tested by rotary viscometer. The experimental results show that the residual oil is plastic fluid, raising the temperature of residual oil and adding viscosity reducer can reduce the apparent viscosity of the residual oil and make the rheological properties transition from non-Newtonian fluid to Newtonian fluid, Burning provides basic research data
