根据文献记载唇裂整复术的死亡率一般在1.～6.6％。Vean氏报告的唇裂整复术的死亡率为2.％Kossakowski氏报告的数字为5.4％;上海第二医学医颌面外科早期曾报告唇裂整复术420例,其死亡率0.24％;我院收治唇裂整复术共1,116例,发生死亡者2例,占0.18％。收集资料因唇裂整复术致死者12例,报告如下。 死亡原因 一、全身因素有关者5例,其中1例尸体解剖证实为胸体质并发全身性疾病或肺炎者4例,其中1例因术后高热等并发症,引起呼吸困难,施行气管切开术,失血性休克致死。 二、与麻醉因素有关者5例,其中2例因麻醉过
