目的比较地佐辛与芬太尼复合丙泊酚在无痛人工流产术中的麻醉效果。方法选取丰城市中医院2014年5月—2015年5月收治的人工流产术患者100例。随机将患者分成A组与B组,各50例。A组予以芬太尼联合丙泊酚复合麻醉,B组予以地佐辛联合丙泊酚复合麻醉。比较两组患者麻醉效果、术前麻醉诱导时间、苏醒时间、手术时间、不良反应发生情况(呼吸障碍、体动反应)及苏醒后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果两组患者麻醉效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组患者术前麻醉诱导时间、苏醒时间长于B组,手术时间短于B组(P<0.05)。A组患者呼吸障碍、体动反应发生率低于B组,苏醒后VAS评分低于B组(P<0.05)。结论地佐辛与芬太尼复合丙泊酚在无痛人工流产术中的麻醉效果相当,但芬太尼复合丙泊酚更加安全稳定。
Objective To compare the anesthetic effects of dezocine and fentanyl in combination with propofol in painless artificial abortion. Methods 100 cases of induced abortion patients in Fengcheng Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were selected. Patients were randomly divided into A group and B group, 50 cases each. Group A received fentanyl combined with propofol anesthesia, and group B received dezocine combined with propofol anesthesia. The anesthesia effects, preoperative anesthesia induction time, recovery time, operation time, incidence of adverse reactions (respiratory disorders, motor response) and visual analog scale (VAS) scores after pain recovery were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in anesthetic effect between the two groups (P> 0.05). The anesthesia induction time and recovery time in group A were longer than those in group B, and the operation time was shorter than that in group B (P <0.05). The incidence of respiratory disorder and body movement in group A was lower than that in group B, and the VAS score was lower in group A than in group B (P <0.05). Conclusions Dezocine and fentanyl combined with propofol exert a similar anesthetic effect in painless induced abortion, but fentanyl combined with propofol is more safe and stable.
