通过对航天测控机柜装配工艺流程的研究与运用,航天测控机柜实行机械装配和电气装配工艺并行,既能保证质量、提高效率,又能缩短装配周期。同时可以解决航天测控机柜装配过程中插箱缺件与装配进度瓶颈问题。航天测控机柜并行装配两种工艺方式进行对比分析研究表明,多品种小数量航天测控机柜项目适宜采用实物模拟装配工艺,少品种大数量航天测控机柜项目适宜采用数字化装配工艺。
Through the research and application of the assembly process of aerospace monitoring and control cabinets, the aerospace monitoring and control cabinets implement mechanical assembly and electrical assembly processes in parallel, which not only ensures the quality, improves the efficiency but also shortens the assembly cycle. At the same time, it can solve the bottleneck problem of the missing parts and the progress of assembly in the assembly process of the space measurement and control cabinet. The comparison and analysis of the two craft modes for the parallel assembly of aerospace monitoring and control cabinets show that the simulation and assembly process is suitable for the small variety of aerospace monitoring and control cabinets and the digital assembly process is suitable for the large variety of aerospace cabinets.
