The Three School Behavior School of Enterprise Knowledge Management The behavioral school of knowledge management believes that “knowledge management is the management of people”. They mainly study the process of evaluating, changing, or improving the skills or behaviors of human individuals. They believe that knowledge is equal to the “process” and is a complex and dynamic arrangement of constantly changing skills.
