为提供三烷基氧膦(TRPO)简化流程中N,N-二甲基-3-氧杂-戊酰胺酸(DOGA)反萃液后续处理的依据,纯化并表征了DOGA,并对其热分解过程及非等温动力学进行了研究。实验采用热重微分热重为主要手段。研究表明:DOGA中含有一个结晶水;其热分解分两步进行,在40~90℃范围内脱去结晶水,在150~260℃范围内完全分解;脱水过程属于三维扩散,机理函数为Zhura lev-L epe lm an-T em pe lm an方程;分解过程属于三维扩散,机理函数为G insling-B row nste in方程。获得了相应的动力学方程。
In order to provide a basis for the subsequent treatment of N, N-dimethyl-3-oxa-glutaramic acid (DOGA) stripping solution in the trialkylphosphine oxide (TRPO) simplification scheme, DOGA was purified and characterized, Decomposition process and non-isothermal kinetics were studied.
