导弹制导系统常用直角棱镜来确定惯性系统的方位敏感轴方向。直角棱镜在惯性系统上的安装误差会直接影响导弹的精确打击能力。目前的安装误差测试方法自动化程度低、费时费力、精度误差大。因此,提出棱镜组件的自动化测试方法,能减少基准传递,提高测试精度,标定精度能控制在2″(α),3″(β)。
Missile guidance system commonly used rectangular prism to determine the orientation of the inertial system axis direction sensitive. Right-angle prism in the inertial system installation error will directly affect the missile’s precision strike capability. The current installation of error test method of low degree of automation, time-consuming and labor-intensive, accuracy error. Therefore, an automated test method of prism assembly is proposed, which can reduce the reference transmission and improve the test accuracy. The calibration accuracy can be controlled at 2 “(α), 3” (β).
