目前,许多图书馆都已经认识到知识管理在图书馆管理中的重要性,纷纷要求实施知识管理,以求得图书馆在新世纪的更大发展。但是,实施知识管理不是一朝一夕的事情,不是今天还是老样子,明天一下子就以崭新的知识管理的面目出现。实施知识管理涉及图书馆工作的方方一面面,需要投入一定的人力、物力和财力;实施和推广中还受制于多种因素,如思想观念、组织机构、领导重视程度、工作人员素质、读者的图书馆意识、共享单位之间的合作协调等。本文主要论述怎样通过图书馆馆员观念的变革来促进、实现图书馆的知识管理。

This article mainly discusses how to promote library knowledge through the change of the concept of librarians.
