为了预测载人飞船地面热平衡实验时座舱内壁面温度与太空飞行时的偏差,分析了座舱内空气对流换热的近似实验方法的局限性,指出了空气对流换热系数是影响壁面温度的主要因素。由于重力场的影响,载人飞船地面热平衡实验时座舱内的空气对流换热系数与太空飞行时不同,使壁面温度偏离于太空飞行时的真实情况。为了修正地面实验数据,提出了壁面温度偏差的预测方法。
In order to predict the deviation of cabin wall temperature and space flight during the experiment of surface thermal equilibrium of manned spacecraft, the limitations of the approximate experimental method of air convection heat transfer in cockpit are analyzed. It is pointed out that the air convection heat transfer coefficient is the main factor affecting the wall temperature . Due to the influence of gravity field, the air convection heat transfer coefficient in the cockpit is different from that in space flight when the spacecraft heat balance test is conducted on the manned spacecraft, so that the wall temperature deviates from the real situation in space flight. In order to correct the ground experimental data, a prediction method of wall temperature deviation is proposed.
