寡糖的对氨基苯甲酸乙酯衍生物,以及它的全乙酰化产物具有紫外吸收基团适合HPLC分离,研究了氨基柱和十八烷基柱对寡糖混合物的分离性能及检测灵敏度。从免疫球蛋白M中分离到的寡糖组分,衍生后用HPLC进一步分离提纯出另一些含量较少的糖链。
Ethyl p-aminobenzoate derivatives of oligosaccharides and their peracetylated products have UV-absorbing groups suitable for HPLC separation. The separation performance and detection sensitivity of oligosaccharide mixtures on amino and octadecyl columns were studied. The oligosaccharide fraction isolated from the immunoglobulin M was derivatized and further separated and purified by HPLC to obtain additional smaller sugar chains.
