业已证明,一种含Mn量为4%(重量)的试验钢能成功地进行渗碳处理,可以获得很高的表面硬度(威氏硬度VPN超过700)和相当大的心部强度。其基体金属有足够的淬透性,渗碳出炉后不经淬火就能完全硬化。
It has been demonstrated that a test steel containing 4% by weight of Mn can be successfully carburized to obtain very high surface hardness (Vickers hardness of over 700) and considerable core strength. The base metal has sufficient hardenability, carburizing furnace without quenching can be completely hardened.
