上一期介绍了年龄组常用的爬泳技术训练方法,这期我们来介绍年龄组常用的仰泳技术训练方法,同样大致可分为三类:腿部技术、手臂技术和完整配合技术。为了迎合年龄组孩子活泼好动的性格特点,建议在训练中增加趣味性较强的练习,在强化基础训练的同时,提高年龄组运动员训练的积极性。 In the previous issue, we introduced the commonly used methods of crawling training in the age group. In this period, we introduce the common backstroke technique training methods in the age group. The same can be roughly divided into three categories: leg technique, arm technique and complete matching technique. In order to cater to the active and active personality traits of children in the age group, it is suggested to add more interesting exercises in the training so as to enhance the enthusiasm of the training for the age group athletes while strengthening the basic training.
