目的探讨医院门诊感染管理对提高医院质量的效果。方法选取2013年6月至12月的门诊患者1 000例为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组患者给予常规管理,观察组患者给予感染管理,对两组患者的感染率进行比较。结果观察组患者感染率为0.2%,患者满意度为99.8%;对照组患者感染率为6.4%,患者满意度为93.6%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过加强感染控制的培训,可提高护理人员对感染管理的认识,降低感染发生率,提高患者的满意度,保障了患者的医疗安全,确保了医院经济效益和社会效益。
Objective To explore the effect of hospital outpatient infection management on improving hospital quality. Methods A total of 1 000 outpatients from June to December in 2013 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group were given routine management, and patients in observation group were given infection management. The infection rates in two groups were compared. Results In the observation group, the infection rate was 0.2% and the satisfaction rate was 99.8%. In the control group, the infection rate was 6.4% and the satisfaction rate was 93.6%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion By strengthening the training of infection control, nurses can improve the awareness of infection management, reduce the incidence of infection, improve patient satisfaction, ensure the patient’s medical safety and ensure the hospital’s economic and social benefits.
