设计了一种用于有机化合物总量检测的高灵敏度光离子化检测器电离室。着重阐述了光离子化电流计算的5种数学模型,介绍了电离室的设计原则及电离室的结构和特点,给出了仪器性能的实验结果。
A highly sensitive photoionization detector ionization chamber designed for total organic compound detection was designed. Five mathematical models of photoionization current calculation are emphatically described. The design principle of ionization chamber and the structure and characteristics of ionization chamber are introduced. The experimental results of instrument performance are given.
