目的强化人才素质的培训与管理,提高企业竞争力。方法采取人员培训要常规化、方式要多样化及以人为本的人力资源管理方法。结果加强人才素质的培训与管理,才能抢占经济发展的制高点,使企业在激烈的市场竞争中居于不败之地。结论只有人力资源的潜能得到开发,企业的潜能才能得到开发;只有人力资源的素质得到提高,企业的竞争力才会得到提高。
Purpose To strengthen the training and management of the quality of qualified personnel so as to enhance their competitiveness.
