目的:探讨温阳通督中药结合理筋手法对颈脊髓机械性压迫损伤家兔模型血液流变学的影响。方法:选用新西兰大白兔60只,在家兔C5椎体上植入不锈钢螺钉,建立家兔颈脊髓机械性压迫损伤模型,术后观察两个月并进行Tarlov评分后,将造模家兔随机分为中药加手法组、中药组、弥可保组和对照组,前三组予手法及药物干预,两个月后颈总动脉取血检测全血黏度、红细胞压积和红细胞聚集指数等血液流变学指标。结果:中药加手法组和中药组在200/s,30/s,5/s,1/s剪切速率下与对照组及弥可保组相比,全血黏度均明显降低(P<0.05);弥可保组在5/s剪切速率下与对照组相比全血黏度降低(P<0.05),而中药加手法组在5/s剪切速率下与中药组相比全血黏度降低(P<0.05)。中药加手法组和中药组的红细胞压积明显低于对照组与弥可保组(P<0.05);中药加手法组、中药组和弥可保组的红细胞聚集指数低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温阳通督中药结合理筋手法对慢性机械性压迫造成的脊髓损伤具有降低血液黏稠度、减轻红细胞压积、降低红细胞聚集指数的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Wenyang Tongzhu combined with Chinese herbal medicine on the hemorheology in rabbits with cervical spinal cord mechanical compression injury. Conclusion: Wenyang Tongzhu combined with nourishing tendons manipulation can reduce blood viscosity, hematocrit and erythrocyte aggregation index of spinal cord injury caused by chronic mechanical compression.
